Assist Her, Inc. offers FREE Community Workshops to those individuals, schools, and organizations who do not have access to our programs.  Participation is on a first come, first serve basis and reserved spots are limited.  Below is a list of the workshops scheduled from October 2007 until June 2008.

FREE CPR CLASS ONLY 16 Open Slots

This workshop will give girls, especially those interested in the Health Care Field, the opportunity to be certified in Infant/Child & Adult CPR while also gaining knowlege about Stroke, Diabetes, and Heart Disease Prevention.

Cost to Bowl: FREE, Lunch Provided

Requirements:  Must bring a donated item listed on this flier in order to gain admittance.

The Raw, The Real, The Male Perspective on Girl/Boy Relationships
 
Begin Teen Dating Violence Awareness Week with Assist Her, Inc.
 
Girls will participate in Self-Esteem Building Activities
Learn how to Identify Positive and Negative Relationships
Have the opportunity to ask an "ALL MALE" Panel their Burning Relationship Questions.
 

Relationship Issues and Dating violence crosses all racial, economic, and social lines Abusive teen relationships and teen dating violence have long lasting mental and emotional effects on its victims and the people who care about them. Sometimes, in their inexperience, young daters find behaviors flattering in their partners, rather than worrying that they could be signs of potential abuse.
